St Matthew's is currently in an interregnum which means we are seeking a new Vicar. This can be a challenging time for any church, but there is a positive side in that we have been assigned a number of outstanding visiting clergy to lead our services on a rota basis.

Whilst our traditional forms of worship are maintained, each visitor has brought his or her own unique qualities to our services.  Canon Ben Enwuchola, Nigerian Community Chaplain, who led Matins on 23rd January, was no exception, especially with his excellent sermon. Canon Enwuchola took as his subject the conversion of St Paul and enthralled the congregation with his description and interpretation of this momentous event.
