Food Bank

For Summer 2026, we are closed from 22nd July to 26th August, reopening 2nd September.

The St. Matthew’s food bank is run for local people in need, regardless of religion, every Wednesday from 4pm until 6pm. To see whether you qualify as ‘local’ please see the map below.

Those eligible by location are able to take up to 10 items (1 item max from ten shelves).

We are also provide tea, coffee & biscuits to all regardless of where you live.

If you would like to donate food to the food bank, we will gladly accept sealed non-perishable food (e.g. tins, dried pasta, tea/coffee) and toiletries. You can either drop these things off whilst the food bank is open, or get in touch with us to arrange drop off.
